Tahir UYSAL

Acquired international experience early in his career, living and working in countries like Brunei, Japan, China, and India through his assignments with Schlumberger Overseas S.A. He then joined BP, holding diverse management positions and was then Head of Country for BP in Turkey from 2000 to 2008.
During this time, he was involved in large scale projects like BTC (Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan), Shah Deniz gas pipeline, deep sea exploration in Black Sea and also held Chairmanship positions for Petroleum Industry Association, Petroleum Platform Association and YASED (International Investors’ Association) Turkey.
His wide-ranging career provided him extensive and diverse experience in engineering, corporate management and government relations.
He is now the Chairman and shareholder of ELE Energy Investments (EEI), Board Member of ods International, Texas, USA, Board Member of WRI Turkey Sustainable Cities.
Tahir holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineer from University of Birmingham, UK and a M.A Degree in Oceanography from Middle East Technical University, Turkey.
Turgay Ozben

Acquired international experience early in his career, living and working in countries like Iraq and Russia with Enka as Marketing Area Manager between 1982 -1995 and was then involved in private international trade business worldwide.
From 2010 to 2017 he acted as a consultant to ENKA for Najibyah 500 MW Simple Cycle PP GE Frame 9E project.
He is now the Vice Chairman and shareholder of ELE Energy Investments (EEI).
Turgay holds a Bachelors. degree in Business Administration and management from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics.
Floyd Davies
Board Member
Floyd Davies has had a 35-year business career marked by global business acumen. As a
retail entrepreneur in Australia, he has successfully owned and operated a chain of
Newsagencies and Supermarkets along Australia's East Coast, and currently employs a
workforce of 150+ employees.
He has established and produces a not-for-profit weekly
newspaper in NSW, Australia and has owned and operated companies heavily involved in
property development over the past 20 years. He is a dedicated investor in Australian tech
startups.
His business career has extended internationally with roles as Board Member at Silso Oil
and Gas, Texas, which was involved in the exploration of Oil and Gas in Louisana, and
Infinity Box, New Zealand, which was involved in the research of a long-lasting battery
protype for transport vehicles.
His wide-ranging international career has seen him be involved in the Ugandan grain trade
for the past ten years and this has evolved to establishing a Not-for-Profit grain farm which
provides food and finances to a school he has helped establish and build.
Floyd Davies has worked and operated companies in the United Kingdom, USA, New
Zealand, Uganda, and his homeland of Australia.
